Ismet - definitely Lem for his wit, AJ for his wealth of knowledge about TRNC, Littlenige for keeping us all guessing what the hell he's on about, no1doyen - cos he's a very very nice man. You have to mention Pike, of course, I'm not sure I could choose just one thing about his contributions, but I do think he's a very intelligent person (even if I don't agree with all he says). No doubt I'll think of others later.

I reckon if he was in the UN medics wotsit corps he would have been at least 25 in 1970 which would make him about 63...... and he says he has young kids apparantly ?

He either started a family very late of he is telling porkies but I can't believe he would tell lies ??

Could be true, 'cos if you look through the profiles, there's a lot of 38 yr olds!

As I said to Musin, that was a UN source I quoted on that thread (the link was three posts down because of the character limit per post). I was a small boy in short trousers in 74/75. Although I did later become a navy medic and have twice been on attachment to UNFICYP in Cyprus.
