Congratulations AGA victims. Whilst taking into consideration that this might mean you still don't get your money back, at least it gives you hope that Robb will not profit from his scam. It also highlights the role others played in the scam and when a full report is available I am sure it will disclose the level of corruption involved with other "pillars of the community".

Justice was always going to be found outside the TRNC which seems incapable of even investigating such scams, let alone seeking justice and preventing criminal activity.

I am sure others will now follow suit.

Does the fact that SOCA were able to investigate and can now implement action against a person that was guilty of a crime perpetrated in the TRNC, mean that this is an avenue for others to follow?

Providing the criminal is British the answer is yes. The trick is getting SOCA interested

What about someone that is TC but has a British Passport? I would suggest that SOCA having investigated Robb's dealings and having witnessed the way business is conducted in the TRNC will be more than interested. Particularly if it is financially viable.
