2 bed apartment--seaterra marina or similar

i am coming across in late April -was accross last year looking for a 2 bed apartment



really liked the look of seaterra marina when I visited but they seem to have a nightmare of a crisis with the owners all squabbling amongst themselves so decided against it



any suggestions for a 2 bed apartment with good price -deeds and owners who have a well developed sense of agreement

We have a flat in sea terra Marina and sea terra bay we prefer the marina. We are aware of the problems at the Marina and for that reason do not have access to the seaterramarina forum. We have been more than happy with the service of the managing agents.

Our flat in the bay is available to rent and possible sell, it,s 3 beds in a small bock of 4 flats ground floor sea view fully furnished.

Maybe we need to revise our views if there is a coup, we have had no communication regarding the fact that a tender has been requested!

also spoke to a guy in the hotel and he said there was a power struggle going on-also saw a thread on here about it so decided not to touch it with a barge pole





i know there is a lot on the market -probably a good time to buy in many ways -are prices at an all time low ?

Flyco, why would being aware of the problems on the Marina mean you couldn't access the forum? And on that subject, which forum, there are quite a few? Also, you are a little behind the times, the coup happened two years ago.
