Cannot see help guide on the site, trying to understand the symbols to the left of the programs. Tried a few links some load others don't seem to get past the adverts. It also talks of switching ad blocker off. Any ideas ? Looks a great site once I can understand better.

Worked out the country flags, yep, making slow progress. Assume blue screen symbol, with time 0:00 means live ? Anyonre else out there as thick as me ?

Sorry about the speed Nick, can't do much about that.

I've just connected the laptop to a 50" Plasma, although not as good as "direct Sky F1" but at least it's FREE !!!!!!!



O.K. When you open the web page you always get "you are missing the plugin to play the video".

Just ignore this as it will disappear after 20 seconds.

At the bottom of the video next to the speaker icon is the full screen icon, just click on that and away you go.
