my mate and I are looking to improve our downward dog.....so need two places in a yoga class early evenings during the week, anyone know of a class?

Janie Murphy does a lovely gentle yoga group in St Andrews church hall every Monday morning from 10-30am

costs 15 lira, just turn up if you are interested.
