Seriously hard work, even in March-April time. Later than that, forget it! I shifted 15 (Cypriot) tonnes in May, a couple of years ago and it nearly killed me

I shifted the 1st load - it took 2 days of serious pain. I gave up and hired labour for the 2nd load.
