I don't get this I drove past this bar daily for a week and it was gutted with a pile of rubble outside, today the rubble has gone and it is up for sale or have I got the location wrong .

That is indeed the Cyprus queen, and I will take a closer look tomorrow. But the lady in message 1 does not mention a date, so maybe the work is ongoing and we have to await the announcement of the re-opening, although I don't know what 'repentance' has to do with it.

the poster of this thread (from my understanding) is now opening/opened a restaurant/bar in Gecitkoy!

Gecitkoy is the next village after Karsiyaka,on the way to Guzelyurt.And if this is the case the poster has no longer anything to do with 'queen bar'.
