Has anyone lost their labrador dog? We have one roaming around Taslitarla Sokak. Looks quite old but is friendly. Does not like cats, It keeps chasing them and it's driving my dogs insane as it keeps coming to the gates. Gwyn 0533 869 4371

Yes I think you are right. What a shame - The post says the owners have left her and gone back to the UK. Unfortunately, we can't take in any more dogs. We have 3 already that were all dumped around here.

If it is Darcy can the owners in the UK not be contacted and have her sent back to UK to join them? If this is the case there must be a way to unite them or am I in dream land and she dumped by the owners in the first place?

I think that they really did try hard to find her. Is there anyone in the area who can take her in until the owner in UK could be contacted to see if it is darcy?

If someone contacts the owners and they want her back am sure we could work something out between us. My company manage several sites in the location near to Gwyn. If the owners are contacted. We could organise a feeding programme to keep her in the same location. Then organise necessary jabs etc whilst owners sort out the paperwork and funds. If somebody can find out the owners details and get a photo of the dog to make sure it is Darcy? Such a shame it is not Goldy or Boo.

If it is the one I saw, someone has been feeding her recently - she was definitely overweight but solid, not as if she had lost weight recently. Also she was healthy and clean (except her undercarriage because she had been paddling in a puddle!) and no sign of ticks etc. If I see her again I will try her with the name Darcy

Yes Sandra, it would be great if they did want her back in the UK and also if anybody knows who the owners of her were. We will participate in any feeding program as long as it is with other people around here. I personally cannot afford to feed another dog. I have a 'zoo' here as it is as you know. I will try and get a photo of her if she is still around tomorrow.

The owners name was denise kazim her sign on was flipflop..she hid her email address on here but perhaps the moderators could see it or perhaps one of her old neighbours in ozankoy are still in touch with her. Jumping ahead

I have checked the "Darcy" thread (trying to find a photo, but coundt access it). Darcy has a tatoo in her ear - the silly thing is I checked one ear (for parasites) but it could have been the wrong one!

From the Darcy thread the owners went to a lot of trouble to find her, but she was oviously an escapist (some dogs are) and may be they had no option. Or she could well have been kidnapped and now escaped again.

If anyone sees her I suggest they check the ears for a tatoo so we can be sure.

And dont forget sending a dog abroad is a little easier now.
