The person who probably can help you find your dog might not be a Cyprus44 reader..might not even be English speaking so you must try to reach out to the locals for help.

The person who found your dog most probably knows he is a loved pet and you would be looing for him, so they will try to hide him,might send him away to another area for some time...your only chance is a local having info about this and reporting him to you.

I suggest you print out missing signs in Turkish with a photo of Boo and put them up in village coffee shops,Belediye buildings,sports clubs and even betting shops where locals frequent.

If i was you, i would do this from Karsıyaka to Esentepe and probably even other side of the mountain.

If you need help in preparing a sign in Turkish let me know...good luck,as a dog lover myself, i can imagine what you are going through...Hope you find Boo soon.



PS..is he microchipped?

I know they all look the same, & i dont want to build up your hopes , but we saw a German Shepherd just like yours in Lapta in the bar next to the Book Shop on Friday.

Have to sy it did not look very happy with its Cypriot owner.

It wasn't actualy in the bar it was hanging around there & it had an argument with some ones dog.
