Hi its me again and I apologise in advance, but its been brought to our attention that a rumour is circulating, as they do here that we have closed down. Well this could not be further from the truth, we are still hard at it. We try or best to bring products you would not get here for our deli and the restaurant is open each evening. We do however have an idea whom these people are and hope to put a stop to it soon. Can I wish all our customers our grateful thanks for all your support, and wish each of you a very happy new year. Lilli, i am sure no one would believe that kind of rumor, specially when people are saying how much they enjoyed eating there.

I wouldn't worry about it.

hi dee i am sorry its not like that I just want to put an end to the rumour and let people know that we are open. We couldnt do it via cyprus today as it wasnt printed last week. I am staying off this board re the restaurant so I dont get accused of strating these threads again. dee hope you have a great new year and im sure we will speak on the boad on other matters again. lilli xx

Lilli, I can get a flight but only with a 12 hour layover in Paris or Moscow(if I want to use my airmiles) or an overnight in Istanbul (American Airlines, they use Turkish airlines and I can usually get a ticket all the way from LA to Ercan on American Airlines).

Maybe try again for later on in the year, it will also be warmer then.

Pretty clever saying there was a rumour and denying it, and so the Quidos thread starts yet again (and again).

If anything puts you off going to the place it is this.

hi cjtill i did not deny it i was stating that i was worried because i know how damaging rumours can be, what i did point out was that we have an idea where it started from and we will try to put an end to it. Good customers brought this to our attention and after reading on here how rumours start by people who have nothing better to do i want to put an end to it once and for all. It wasnt aimed at people who do not use us it was aimed at letting my regulars knownot to beleive in these things. i am now trying to start another thread because quite honestly i dont want to take the flack or do i want to spend hours each night justifing myself but when customersask me should they make alternative arrangements for xmas day then that does cause me a worry. this is aimed also to the people who started it. have a good new year

hi britvic i am here and i know which my vicki is, but this vicki is a lovely in fact a very beautiful young lady here with her lovely family they have been a real pleasure o meet. in fact her and i shared a bottle of luna de luna together xmas day and it was great. hi vicki from now on i will, but its only a couple on here who dont know me or even been to us and they pick up on me not any other restaurant, then these bloomin rumours start and makes my blood boil.On top of all his one of our best friends died xmas eve and the funeral is tomorrow and we are doing the wake. i only hope i can keep composed enough to do it, as it was his wish to have his send off from there. couldnt get onto niges board 2day will try again later and have a chat lol lilli xxx
