Hi

My family own Patio Restauarant in Kyrenia and have recently taken it over to manage. We are looking to improve the restaurant over the next year and would love your opinions. We have recently refurbished and have made many changes to the menu. Do you think there would be much demand for a breakfast menu, possibly specialising in a Full English breakfast for the expats.

Your views would be appreciated!

Many thanks

Noble

Most definately, especially if you know how to make a decent slice of fried bread, something that Molly's can't achieve!

Noble.

Stick to Italian mate, like Mama use to make them. I luv your Pizzas mate keep up the Good Work. Improve your Menu on Pasta, thats Now very Popular in the U.K., even Pizza Hut had to change it's Name to Pasta Hut.

Hey Mate have you been to Taksim in Istanbul, they have these Manti Houses, very Tasty, how about going that way, making Manti, Boreck, mmmm Delicious and Turkish Sweets.

To negativenick and Lilli, Patio is right next to the rocks hotel, before you reach Niazi. Thanks again.

I would suggest at least a couple of egg dishes omelets , bacon and eggs etc..and do like a brunch menu. Not that hard to keep a few eggs in the fridge and easy to prepare.

At least the choice is there.

Good luck.

When we were their in September we couldn't find a place that did a decent breakfast, of all the places, the window bar in Girne came close (I know i'm going to get slated now!) but the sand fly's are rife around their.
