I would like to wish you all a Happy New year , even though we have 12 hours to go and you are almost there, (we are 10 hours behind you here in sunny warm California).

I didn't go out tonight. I saw in the new year with the tv and just before midnight I poured myself a very large v & t. We are in a recession but the fieworks were the best ever in London.
