this might help:

try dressing up, putting on a little after shave (just a little), get yourself in a bright and effervesent mood and hit a bar or disco with a mate or two (you dont want to look like billy no-mates) and try chatting up a 'fem' or two that appeal to you .....p.s. dont aim too high on your first few attempts if you are out of practice and are butt ugly!
