Has anyone read todays paper?



I read on another board that the police had caught a burglar who admitted 25 burglaries during Oct, Nov & Dec in the Girne area. I just wondered if there was anymore about this in the paper. Thanks.

Can you imagine such news being reported in the main newspapers in the UK? There would be no room for the other news.

It isn't just for idle information. I had a robbery in October where the b@st@rd stole my engagement ring, enternity ring and worst of all my late mother's wedding ring which I had set with a diamond.

I'm not even going to talk about the Bvlgari ring or the Armani watch or even the £100 they also took. I am only hoping that I might get my mum's ring back, it is very distinctive.

Slim chance I know, but I have heard that they stash the gold somewhere before they return to Turkey to sell it.

I have tried phoning the police in Girne but they say that they will inform me if something turns up ?????????
