you know i have really enjoyed this board,any even though i have taken my fair share of knocks i have made some really good friends. i am so surppised why on gods earth are you giving the mods such a hard time. i do not know if they give thiere time voluntary but what i am seeing would test anybody to the limit. please give them a break they will not always know who you are however you are really succeding in drving the real people away. WHY they have a hard enoough job deciding what is for discussion and what is not. PLEASE WHY RUIN THIS, everyboy is entitled to an opinion and that is what thet try to do PLEASE THINK TWICE i dont know what it entails but they are there to help us all/ this board had real people with diffrent opinion isnt that what makes a discussion and thats what they want to discuss noy argue. listen to me whoever you are please stop you are depriving me of my friends

Lilli, my sentiments exactly. There are persons on here who have an agenda to ruin this forum. They sign in as a new member and make statements just to upset people and cause bad feeling and before you know it they are gone. The sad part is that they are using 3 or 4 or even more different names and it's difficult to try and work out who they are.

They'll eventually move on when they get fed up. I'm pretty sure it's just couple of people doing this.

I agree and for the record us Mods give our time voluntary. We are here to help but for some reason we seem to be the main subject on this board now. The main reason we have this forum is to share information and knowledge but to some it is a place to slag people off. This seems to be from narrrow minded people with nothing better to do all day other than sit at a computer and be totally un-constructive.

hi andy my heart goes out to you all seeing the posts lately, it must be so time consuming. i just think that the isreal subject is dominating everything on here at the moment. how do you do it and know who is real and who is not. i dont envy you, they all asked for more moderation and then some try to moderate you. oh well. happy new year andy and good luck. i think you all do a great job lilli xx

Hi Lilli....at last a voice of reason in the ongoing smokescreen that is "the moderators".

They are being used as a scapegoat by many,for the day to day ills of the board.....this is not unique....it happens on every forum.

Moderators will always be an easy,convenient target for those with an axe to grind.



No1Doyen....your statement about multiple log-ins is true....but again it is an internet-wide issue.I'm sure it also happens even on the "friendly" Board !



For some reason,there are some multi-facetted members whose agenda is to disrupt and divide and rule.

I am a complete technophobe,but I would have thought that Izzet had the technical knowledge to identify multiple personalities and act accordingly.

A moderators post is not a happy one (think there is a song there somewhere!) and they have a thankless task in taking it on, I for one applaud them.



Their job would be easier if people thought about their replies instead of leaping to their keyboard when responding or read what thay have actually written, I know that can be difficult at times particularly when the post is an emotive one, but I find some people are too free with their opinions, which sometimes are best left unsaid.



As for the mulitpile loggers, WHY? I have enough problems remembering all my other passwords/numbers that I have to use in my daily life without adding more!!.



If their sole purpose is just to create misery and disruption, then I pity them I can only say they are sad individuals indeed.

Posters should always take a deep breath and think before repling but it does seem to me that posters are caught up in the comfort zone. At home/work hiding behind the monitor. How many would say the things they do about people to their faces? Not many I bet, although I can guess everyone will come back at me and say yes they would but the truth is they would not.

As the thread is called "moderators taken to task", comments have been made on this subject.



None of us have been asking for any sympathy etc etc.. And for the record the Mods did not start this thread but only responded with clear facts.

hi crons and no1 i totally agree how hard it must be for them only to take the grief that is now being posted. they the posters who start seem to follow a pattern by posting with different names, i am not clever enough to understand how they do this but the same theme follows each other ie dee, becks they are so in tune with each other. it must be a hell of a job for mods to know.

This why we get so many complaints because most poster make a useless post as in your case. It is clear not only to me but everyone else that you have nothing better to do with your time. Posts should be made that are of some use to people.



Perhaps if the members of this forum acted like sensible adults rather than stupid children we would not have half the complaints we get.
