| Here a new one, turned on this morning all my skype contacts have gone, googled it and searched the skype forum nothing to tell me how to get them back.
Can any one help please ? |

| Can't help you Nige, but I would advise NOT changing anything your end.. your Database of contacts is stored THEIR end - you see 'em from whichever computer you log in on ....

| Try uninstalling skype and downloading latest version. Install that. Looked on internet and that had worked for others. |

| Hi Nige,
This did happen to me, but what I did is go onto skype webite and log in, and then get my contacts off there because I had lost them and they went off my skype phone but were stil on site.

| Hi Nige,
I just logged into my account and typed into search lost contacts, I think I imported them, but It might say that your contacts are still there it is a problem with skype and they are trying to fix problem, becuase when you go to add them again, it will say already on your contact list.

| had several emails from skype today and they are not very helpful saying I may have deleated them etc etc also tried going on from another computer to no avail it is def at skypes end.

| added a contact not showing in contacts list then message came up not added contact as theis person is already in your contact list!!

If you look on skype website, there is some topics under the search about skype having problems losing contacts, and they are trying to find out why as they are not sure.
