Please let me know as i am aware that there are working people who are unable to exercise due to lack of availability.I would be happy to start classes.

Turkan I would be very interested in an aerobics type class somewhere in the east of Girne, only because most social events are usually west of Girne, if this can be arranged count me in.

it wouldnt be either of those as teaching step means investing in steps and im not qualified to teach yoga. Please bare in mind to be sure you are being taught by qualified teachers as there are cowboys on the island.Please notice my other classes on the forum. x
