Dear Eager,

The whole site is due for completion late 2010, there is no service charge due, till then. Charges when completed will be about £25 per month

( about £300 per annum )..a maximum annual service charge can be included in the contract ( is signed by the developer )

Phase one ( of two ) is due for completion this summer ( July )

Well it's Nige's board - should produce no better/worse results than this one - I think what Nige was suggesting is that you put your property on both to maximise exposure? Costs nowt & can't do any harm!

if the developer is "selling" them for £60k - then your's should fly out at £60k...

Hi, FYI the Developer is Ozerce & Taylor.

I have bought quite a few apartments from this developer over the last 2 years, all have been delivered on time, I am keeping 4 on this site.

No offers......means what it says!, saves my time, and speculators from bothering.
