Just thought I would let you all know that Tony has infact left The Old Mill as of yesterday. As some of you may know, he was due to be retiring in a few weeks but had a fall a few weeks back, but continued to work. he was been told by his doctor that he needs to rest as he has done some damage to his knees and back.

We were not serving food last night, however its business as usual tonight with a superb mitchelin star chef, this however is for an interim period until a full time chef is recruited.

Any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to call or email me direct.

We wish Tony a speedy recovery, I know we will be seeing him dancing around the mill before we know it. Thanks Tony for all your hard work, couldnt have done it without you....

i was in a restraunt near bacheli two days before you posted this and i posted on the o ther thread that i heard them saying Tony had been caught for illegal working are you saying this is this not true then because people need to know if they are cracking down ??

You know what this place is like sometimes, chinese whispers and all.... Tony is retiring, he is going back to the uk for a while to see friends and family, but currently cant work due to a fall down the stairs... just as my original posting.
