I have been away on holiday for 2 weeks and logged on to see what was happening on Cyprus44 for the first time last night. I have to say that I have seen some dodgy comments on this forum before, and the moderators generally do a great job of keeping tabs, but I have to say that Whispa has dragged this forum to a real low. Anyone who has been the victim of child abuse in any form must be sickened, as I was, with the way you used the subject to portray your warped views of a TRNC Estate Agent. If you think for one minute that the problems experienced through buying a house, no matter how much money you loose, goes anywhere near the grief caused through child abuse, then you are a very sick and pathetic individual. Not only should the thread have been stopped by the Moderators, but all your comments should be removed and you should be banned from the forum. Hold your sorry head in shame Whispa, dissapear, and let the good people of this site forget your discusting behaviour.

I have to agree with chicken run....there has been some sad individuals with some equally sad posts...but Whispa this takes some beating. I was astounded at your stupidity and thoughtlessness. I for one would love to see this freak of nature banned from this board!

The post was stopped by Lemtich (think that's the name) and was titled Unwin Estates. Whispa only joined towards the end of a very long and generally good natured thread... when i read their comments it almost made me want to leave the forum, but after thinking over night i thought it better to make this post. thanks

Last night I had to respond to Whispa's comments as I was enraged at his sickening remark and was ready to go and kick him to death, but after time to cool down I have to assume that he stuck his head in his a** when he wrote his comment and can't of meant what he said - surely?



I suggested he apologised, repented and asked for God's forgiveness and I hope he has done just this. I also suggested that he didn't come up with some excuse (however poor) as there are NO excuses but unfortunately he had to add one. This worries me!



Whispa. An unreserved apology with NO added comments might calm some and a vow NEVER to utter such vile things again would help, though if you can't do this I would have to question your belief system and condone your exit from this earth in a very painful manner. I have never killed a man but would make an exception if necessary.



No backtalk - just apologise and repent.

If you think a comment like that is throwaway then you are the one who is misguided. I read the comments of Whispa more than once... even when it was first commented on by another member that this was in bad taste, he/she still went on to repeat similar comments further down the thread, even trying to make a joke of it.

Maybe Donty's comments are quite hard, but I think that just goes to show how sickened people are by Whispa. When it all dies down I'm sure some people may think about their past comments... I doupt whispa will regret his/hers one little bit!

I think you have typed/stirred enough on this issue. whispa was wrong and the person has apologised. (whether it is meant or not we will not know.) Another stupid comment and then I agree he/she should be taken off the board.



As for Donty.....well spouting god, then talking about murdering someone is in my opinion insane and needs to be taken off this board. Also the person warned and like whispa removed if any thing like it happens again.



People should take a long hard look before posting, as ones anger can stir real bitterness to others.

i must say that the thread reached about 178 posts and whispas disgusting thread was messge 140

i hope in future as i commented last night before the thread was removed

i hope no matter who people are commenting about nor if they feel they are fully in the rights to do so that in the future you think about your comments and know you are actually making them about living people with children or families. and take care with your wordings. i am glad after my post the thread was removed but it had been on there a long time before so.

i hope the moderators of this site pick up more quickly if possible on these disgusting comments and take the right action on people who make them.

i dont know anyone in my daily life that now thinks it is a positive site.

the minority spoil it for the rest.

i would also ask the moderators for this relating site to be removed as talking about the unspeakable comment makes me think there was little point for former thread to be removed as this is carrying it on and holds no positivity for the person who made the comment or more so for the family of the business he compared very distastefully to what i dont care to mention.

i hope this site is also removed too and an end to the sorry mess made by what i can only describe as a thread being turned into a witch hunt.

but would like to give the opinion that your factual post is the reason for the forum being seen as negative by so many and may fail if nothing can be done to prevent "thread offeners" re offending !!!



people in cyprus are sick of the negativity and gossip misery caused to some individuals or their business and that of course the good of the forum gets cast aside slightly

i am all for freedom of speech but when giving your opinion you should stick to information you know and not what you have heard then if possible try and present it to the forum in a constructive and non offensive manner ..not sure wether that can be done by some of the minority though and thats what spoils it for others who use it as a way to communicate with others in a respectful manner.

people have the courage to say quite alot behind the comfort of their own laptop.

just my view every one not wanting to offend or stir up bad karma

As cronos says,the remark was not meant to be taken seriously, as most people realised.However he has apoligised,so Donty will now find unnecessary to kill him,a remark I take was also not meant to be taken seriously.



On the tourism thread it was suggested that tourists would read our comments about the rubbish lying around and thats why they wouldnt come.I will take no lectures on being negative when those same tourists can read really negative posts about us killing each other.



I know things in the trnc and in UK could be better and for some the dream has turned sour but turning on each other doesnt help.
