The date set for the election is to be 16th April 2009. I understand that electioneering has started, so get ready for all the promises from political parties. I am allowed to vote as I have a kimlik card, but I would like to see anybody that has lived in the TRNC permanently for 5 years allowed to vote, I would be interested to know what others think, although cannot see this change to the Constitution.
