Hi, I am going over next week to complete the snagging on my apartment.



Can anyone give me some advice on this, what I should be looking out for etc, and what sort of questions I might need to ask the developer regarding the utilities etc ?

You would be well advised to get a professional to snag for you. He will know what to look for and he will not want to compromise, as you and/or your developer may.

I strongly suggest that you use Stuart Hillard FRICS.

He is well known on the island, and does a thorough job. What you spend

now, you may gain 3fold in the furture.

Hi, you might consider getting Tara from Silione to attend the snagging with you. She has experience from both sides and her company provides maintenance, insurance, after-care etc. services. She is an English lady who has been living permamently in TRNC for the last 4 years or so and has lots of local contacts.

Well, he is the only actual qualified chartered surveyor on the island, so I'm not sure I'd want anyone else.

Stuart Hillard, cracking bloke who takes no prisioners cost us over £300 but the faults he found would have cost us a lot more in the long run, worth every penny..........
