Riddle - where can I get one please?

Spent most of yesterday trailing around looking for a 'riddle' Garden sieve? the turkish word I think is 'kalbur' Was told everywhere I tried that you can't buy such a thing and would have to make my own. A few weeks ago I saw some riddles in a shop somewhere but now can't remember where. If anyone spies such an item i their local Yapi marke could you please let me know. Othewise this blonde will have to get the toold out and botch up a homemade one.

Here is a riddle if it is of any use:

A man rode into a town on Friday, went strait to a hotel and stayed there for two nights, then rode strait out home again on Friday. How is this possible?

Try this one then,

During World War II, there was a bridge connecting Germany and Switzerland, and on the German side, there was a sentry tower with a guard in it. He would come out every three minutes to check on the bridge, and he had orders to turn back anyone who tried to get into Germany, and shoot anyone trying to escape without a pass. There was a woman who desperately needed to get into Switzerland, and she knew she didn't have time to get a pass. It would take her at least six minutes to cross the bridge, but she managed to do it. How?

The answer the this riddle is generally accepted as 'no' in response to the last line.

Polar bears [fur] is actually not white at all, but sunlight makes it appear so.



Not a riddle as such, but some ammusement whilst looking for that riddle (just to keep us on topic)



Hung Chow called his boss and says: "Hey, boss I not come work today, I really sick. I got headache, stomach ache and my legs hurt, I not come work."



The boss says: "You know Hung Chow I need you today. When I feel like this I go to my wife and tell her to give me sex. That make me feel better and I can go work. You should try that."



Two hours later Hung Chow calls again: "Boss, I do what you say and I feel great, I be at work soon ........... You got nice house."

Have you tried the garden centre opposite the Ship Inn? They do seem to carry a good stock of tools and garden implements in there.
