Have not seen any updates on the above lately. i.e. Does it work? Is everybody who is doing it getting good results please?

I'm still going regularly 3 times a week since mid Nov

Definitely toning up and body shape changing ( for better)

Have lost dress size but also having laser treatment and watching what I eat



Discovered that it isn't beneficial for cardio workout so dog walking for KAR twice a week and starting belly dancing on Tuesday

would love to Mrs HH but at £250 for just one course and its something you have to keep up works out expensive, but I know its good by a friend of mine going, if anyone wants to sponsor me I will give it a go.

the £250 is for 10x laser treatments plus 15 power plates

after this block of sessions I'm not going to beable to afford to go as regularly

so I can pay 15 ytl for power plate session and 50ytl for laser.

I'm going to start belly dance class on Tuesday which I hope will be fun and help with fitness that's 12 ytl I can let you know how that goes if interested

ok laser is 1/2 hour - you have two laser pads on you which can me moved to another area after 10 mins

power plates takes @ 15 mins - a couple mins more when you first begin as need to be shown positions etc

Oh girls i see you have mentioned belly dancing, its fantastic!!! I have lost lots of weight learning what i see at class and practising it at home, my teacher gave me some music i use and i just dance around at home. i have become leaner and tighter, and its such a beautiful dance. I really reccomend it, only 12ytl and you have a dance you keep for yourself.Definatly my recommendation.Classes are on tuesday evenings at 6.15pm for an hour or thursdays at 10.30am -11.30am. I know she has classes at Alsancak too.Great teacher!
