| Could a normal gas bottle be used for the system as I want to run just hot water from the combi boiler, or is it a higher pressure. |

| Tarry67, I am assuming that you have a combi/condensor boiler? Like all things in life, never assume. You need to be aware and check what the initial comissioning Engineer set the boiler up for? Most Combi's are manufactured and sent with two types of main burner nozzles.....Sorry not trying to baffle any body with Science, but,,,,....the two types of burners are made of different metal and are specific to the type of fuel/gas that is to be used as per spec for each type of nozzle. So, again you need to be careful because if you use the wrong type of gas/fuel you will probably do major damage to your boiler. Hence, get advice or check with whoever fitted your boiler... Hope I have made sense?! nunu1 |
