Recommedations Needed

We have purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in Kyrenia and are just getting everything finalised (only nearly 2 years late!). Has anyone got any good advice on estate agents to rent with, someone to do the snagging list, people to furnish (are we better off furnishing the apartment) etc - basically good advice from anyone would be helpful.

Welcome to the Forum. My Advise is Furnish it yourself. Do not trust these Brits.

Hi Jo & Wal, I'd agree with Strong & furnish it yourself. We used Burhans in Kyrenia and got a very good deal for purchasing our lounge suite, coffee table, beds & bedside cabinets there. Never rented so couldn't recommend an agent.

She can do all that you are asking, I have never had to wait more than 2 weeks for a quality long term hirer.

I buy all my furniture from her.

She is a trained architect, therefore is more than qualified to do your snagging ( she will also liase with the developer to ensure it is completed )

I find her extremely good value.

we are bracey builders we could do your snagging for you and also look after your unit later in case anything goes wrong thew tennant could call us we do this on a number of other units and also you dont end up having to pay 10%extra commition for somebody else to call us out you can get to me vier web site http://www.braceybuilders.com look forward to hearing from you regards kirk

I to have a 2 bed in kyrenia, i used Stuart Hillard for snagging, top job, Frank and joan for furniture very reasonable and did a great job. Estate agents well your guess is as good as mine on that one Good Luck..............

Try Botanica on the Çatalköy Road opposite stop and shop supermarket, 2 bed package including extras like dressing tables and sofa bed set under £1500. If you buy the furniture direct you cut out the middle man who would probably get comission which YOU pay for.
