Can anyone reccomend a reasonably priced dry cleaner/laundry in the Lapta area to launder/dry clean a double duvet? Thanks

You must not dry clean a duvet because of the chemicals. I have had some washed at Wash 'n Go in Catalkoy and they were a great job.
