Just popped into Turtle Bay to pick up a bit of shopping at the supermarket....

Who's idea was it to have the bloke on the gate ??

he's costing circa 15,000 YTL (incl tax and N I contributions) - what a waste of resident's money !!

All he does is lift the barrier and lets in any old Tom, Dick and Harry - He let Garry Monger in last week, by God...

Even if he sharpens up his act - you can nip into the development through the Turquise Bay entrance, which has neither barrier or gate man.

To the residents of Turtle Bay - You ought to be looking very closely at the expenditure on your site - remember it's your money they are spending !!

Yes, this has been discussed on our TBV website and many other expenses

which we could have done without. It would have been better to put the

supermarket near the entrance for convenience to all, and they need all the

business they can get.

Message 5 - if what Nick and others say is true, surely any cost is too much?

£500 a month is roughly the minimum wage.

Hi All

Just managed to get onto this forum..... I have an apartment on the site and despite only having spent 5 days down there and paid my electricity directly have received a bill from KDG for £700 which they claim has is only a share of a bill they have divided amongst all residents??? My electricity was off (or should have been) when I wasn't down there so just wondered if anyone else is being 'hit'.

Could this possibly be for communal electric, for lights around the site, pool lights and pool motors etc?

mess 14 - Babs, you need to be contacting your fellow residents and forming a residents comittee.......

The maintenance charges are a joke when you consider that most of the labour employed is paid the minimum wage...
