I know someone that maybe interested in this - can you tell me the following-



1. How much the monthly maintenance payment is



2. What is the name of the current management company on site



3. I have heard some developers are not issuing title deeds for properties that have any maintenance arrears so obvioulsy I will need to contact them to ensure maintenance is up todate



4. Or have you already got your title deeds



5. Does it include any furnishings.

Yes it's the Sea Terra complex, built by Kibris Insaat, not the same builder as Sea Terra Reserve. Give us a call if you're interested.

That is true , and correct me if i am wrong but Kibris insaat is the one that has favourable feedback on HBPG site , i think .

Our house in Tatlisu has been built by Kibris Insaat and I have to say, its not bad at all!! One of the better builders I think.

The villa that I live in is Kibris Insaat and the only prob has been a little bit of damp, nothing major, so I would recommend them to anyone and any of their builds.

Pipie at the most recent HBPG meeting Kibris Insaat were named as one developer who always does things properly in terms of transfer of title and they never ask their purchasers to pay the developer's tax.

What is the INTERNAL floor area?

With terraces inc the roof,that may take a big chunk out of the 150 m2.
