| Hi Everyone! Anyone heard about Disney land project which is gonna be built between South and North? If All this Disney complecs ll be build, the prices for apartments should increase significantly I guess..... |

Cyprus Disneyland plans move on

Finance Minister Charilaos Stavrakis has confirmed the proposal by Russian entrepreneurs to construct a large theme park in the buffer zone village of Pyla,
He said that more information, budget estimates and early plans should be available soon.
The Finance Minister added that plans for the park are still at the very early stages.
''We as a Government we are in contact with the Russians. We definitely want to try and achieve this huge task, but I think that is good at this stage not to raise expectations”.
Recent reports have said that the Disneyland-type resort will cost around €800 million and be the island's biggest ever single investment.

| Disney asia has been given the go ahead in antalya turkey. The land has already been purchased. Any thoughts that disney are going to build in Cyprus have to be laughed at. |
