hi tiggy

you can open your hsbc account in cyprus through your local hsbc branch in the u.k, i have heard of some stories thou that the branch wont help to open the account in cyprus so what you do is contact the head office of international banking department in londons canary wharf and they will help you without a doubt

hope this helps
