Hi Li and Lee,

HBPG 's site has just been updated with recent changes. Take a gander and you can also download. Have your calculator ready!

Nowhere near getting deeds yet so have not done much research. Its bound to have changed by the time I'm ready to complete. However there have been some positive postings about reductions in tax so heres hoping it leaves you with money to spare.

Hi lee,

If you are ready to transfer title deeds, I wouldn't waste any time. There is a 75% discount for the next 3 months. If your lawyer has power of attorney then get them to do this for you.
