On BBC World News on Sky this morning there was a feature about Talat/Christofias meeting today.

Comment was that although UN, EU et al wanted to see a reunification, the feeling (BBC) was that maybe it had gone on for too many years and bad feelings might still be too strong. Also commented that this might be the last chance.

All the above comes not as news to most of us, but it is interesting that the BBC felt it needed saying.

With the plane crash in the river in USA, it's not like it's a slow news day...
