I'm still here, bad things have been happening and looks like through someone ripping me off big time I might be having my Apt repossesed buy the builders as I still cant sell,

So yeh life is S***t and I want nothing more than to get out of here

The man that ripped me off should have been paying the rest but he's not, the builder is gonna take it back and give me my money back but it would be still better for me if I can sell it

To be fair, if they are willing to give you the money back, i would think you are lucky as surely you havent stuck to the contract and they are thefore within their rights to make it null and void??
