This thread really does serve no purpose but you just joke about it. There have been many threads which do in fact serve a purpose but you close down on the entirely false pretext that they are serving no purpose.



If you are not going to be consistant or honest about your motives you really should give up moderating.



If you intend to continue moderating, for which you are clearly currently quite unsuitable, perhaps you should go for retraining:

The funniest threads that get closed are the ones that some moderators are taking part in. Then some late night grumpy mod just closes it.

If these people cannot or choose not to be consistent or work as a team. There is no point in them being here.

There are so many posts and so many people leaving because of this sorry affair.

The other day a moderator was publically slagging someone off about a stupid darts match. Another few mods have personal axes to grind with members.

Wise up mods. Learn your trade.

If you are going to spend time and effort doing something. At least learn how to do it properly.



It's a shame.

Bless you for taking the time to advise me of my unsuitability as a moderator . Take it up with Izzett . I'm sure he will appreciate your wisdom in this matter . You talk about honesty Your details give you away as someone afraid to expose their true identity , what's so honest about that , i always wonder about people like yourself , what are you hiding from ?? it's easy criticise people from a screen behind a psuedo name .Its but another thing to actually put your real name to it . The word cowardly comes to mind, but then this board at the moment has it's fair share of them , Not that i have to justify myself to who ever you are , it was just a bit of Fun !!!!! i was posting as a member not as a moderator .
