As far as I could make out TWO moderators were part of a light hearted thread which turned nasty when some members with an obvious personal axe to grind started the playground cat calling.

Glad that Alsacakjack saw sense and stepped in to "save" you otherwise you'd have no doubt took some flak for ending it yourself !
