No, I am not about to sing the song because I am tone deaf, even my husband heads for the hills and the cat stuffs his paws into his ears if I threaten to burst into song, but what I want to is-:

Wish all my fellow 44'ers a very merry and enjoyable Christmas and a happy new year.



Good luck in 2008 to those who are about to purchase, halfway through their purchase and those lucky SOB about to realise their dream and move out fulltime.

For all of us, I trust 2008 will bring us good fortune and the minimal of hassle, and that we may realise and experience our good fortune in this beautiful country.
