Anybody stayed at The Fez? The website is quoting very good prices both for bed and breakfast and also for a self catering apartment.

Sandie, have known Hyal, proprietor at the Fez, for many years, although haven't seen her for a while. Paul and I have been there many times and stayed over there one night following one of their themed evenings. It was cheaper that getting taxis! The place is lovely, spotlessly clean and the food is good. It might suit you very well, as I know you are more familiar with that side of Kyrenia.

Will e-mail you v.soon.

Take care

Jean

xx

PS If you decide to stay West of Kyrenia, I can recommend a place there too.

J

Mike

Thanks for your comments. Don't like the sound of the large screens with footy etc., and also the full English breakfast! Glad the jasmine cutting went well. Sandie

Hi Sandie, today was beautiful here.Spent 6 hours in the garden. The perfumed Cyprus Jasmine about to flower,3 metres of exquisite and erotic joy!!!

Halfway to sorting veg plot.Got peas and broad beans in flower, potatoes nearly ready, runner beans about to climb, carrots just showing, leek seeds planted, can't wait to make first meal from the garden.Need to catch neighbours chickens !!!

Sammy's hotel is down the road opposite molly's place - near pia bella / new harbour. We have stayed there a few years ago and it has everything you need for a base. I think it has been renovated since we stayed there, bar staff were a great laugh. Easy walk into town.

Hi Mike

Sounds like you had a good day in the garden. Will the crop be ready for when I visit later in the year for a nice lunch??? As long as I do not have to chase the chickens. Essex is sunny today but very cold. Take care. Sandie x

Hi Mike

Now you are making me jealous, mixed kebab that sounds great, but has it piled on the pounds?? You will have to join the gym! I go several times a week to keep the body in trim! Are there any gyms in North Cyprus that you know of?

sandie,You won't need a gym,I'll give you a Cyprus spade,an hour in the garden will suffice, then a swim in the pool.then send for a kebab!!!Back to normal, without putting on your leotard

Mike

You have a great sense of humour! I have never used a spade before let alone a Cyprus spade. Probably the spade would be bigger than me! Hey I do not want a working holiday. Like the sound of the pool though, so I will pack my bikini! Sandie x
