I installed Turkcell 3G on my laptop in just a few minutes and I'm very pleased with the performance. I installed the modem on my desktop pc, again in just a few minutes, but it refuses to connect. The indicators on the log-in panel show a strong signal and the modem ready for use. Clicking the "Connect" button produces the message "USB modem in unavailable". Any ideas anyone?

I know this may be a bit obvious but try a reboot (with modem still connected).



You could always speak to tech support 444 0533 (free from Turkcell phone). But they will tell you to do the following.

Uninstall software

Reboot

Connect modem (install software)

Reboot



Do this first as will save a lot of time. Then if not working call them.
