Has anyone sold or bought from this company in TRNC? Can anybody reccomend them?

Not bought from them but have known them a long time. Very nice people with a conscience - rare for some of the agents there.



The wife of the team Hazan is also an officer of the estate agents association, and does her best to uphold standards and get others to have a conscience too. (That is a difficult task on its own).



When showing you property she will be very honest and will not cover up any hidden 'impediments' (charges) etc. Will also declare is 'parcellisation' is complete or not or if there is a problem with it with the land owner. Some such properties she refuses to sell on principle.



With Necip her husband, they are in partnership with an uncle in a small construction company and they major on bungalow designs which are good, also doing one-offs. the standard of work particularly on the one-offs is very high. HTH

Take that as a good sign. Mention some agents names here and you get 10 replies in a couple of hours and mostly critical. I don't think Green Paradise make many waves hence no response. If I remember, maybe a year ago someone asked a similar question about them and again there was very little response, and nothing critical about them. I think that they are hardly known really. HTH

I read with interest your reply to the question on Green Paradise, what a breath of fresh air to hear there are at least one Builder/estate agent that has a conscience and acts professionally. Of course they may be more operating, and as the poster below you says we never hear much about the good ones, so well done to Green Paradise.

Yes, the lack of responses is a good sign IMO, people are very quick to jump on board at times but remain silent when there's nothing to complain about. Thank you for taking the time to post.
