Ersin Taser

Born in Lefkosa in 1945. Graduated from L.T.L. in 1963. 1963-1971 journalist in Halkin Sesi Newspaper.

He is the first photographer in TRNC to exibit his photographs through Internet in 1998.

In 1996, his 4th personal photgraph exibition and slide show "Esintiler. Joined several mixed exibitions in TRNC and foreign countries and won many awards including 7 first prizes.

His photographs are published in several magazines, newspapers, leaflets and photo albums.

He has been in the jurrys of several photograph competitions.

He is the first photographer to win the first prize in Digital Photography in Near East University in 1997.

Since 2002 he has programme named "From the window of Art with Ersin Taser" in Genc TV.

He is married with two children and two grandchildren.

He has published three poetry books.

He is a member of International Freelance Photographers Organisation.

His professional occupation has been operating insurance company since 1971.

Now he is running his own insurance company named Tower Insurance Ltd.
