Palm Bay View: completion date for the whole resort

Hi,

I've got an apartment at PBV and should be getting the keys in the next few weeks. Final inspection is taking place right now. My question is though, does anyone know when the final completion date for the entire resort will be?

I want to rent out my apartment but don't want to do that until the whole resort is up and running. I've been told this may be June but envisage delays as always...

Yvonne, A very good question and one that we would all like to hear the answer to. I would suggest contacting the Developers Lexington posing the question. Let us know if you get a reply...

We are in a similar position and Chris will be going out to do the final checks in the next few weeks. We are holidaying there in August and are expecting everything to be done by then. We will be a little disappointed if this does not happen but as long as the kids have a pool, then I'm happy. On another PBV thread 'grandma' is going out there in May and is expecting a lot of the complex complete and the pool filled - I do hope that's true. Things are delayed a bit due to Lexington having to change their contractor at their cost. I would image that Lexington would wish everything was completed sooner rather than later as the longer things go on, they're not getting their money.

Luckily we do not need to rent out our property to make it 'pay it's way' so we look forward to enjoying our home in the sun as soon and as much as we can!
