Is there anyone out there who is buying/has bought a property on Crystal Bay Beach Resort? If yes do you know the current situation with the water tank leaks?

Hi

can't open the link but what water tank.

We are on Crystal Bay Breeze where no water is available except by tanker.

Senay told us last October that Evergreen has ordered and paid for a de-salienation plant which will serve the whole of crystal bay.. She said that this would be working during 2009.

Erwin,

That's the first I've heard of that. Have you had any info from Evergreen about the plant? It would be great news if it is true.

Keith and Breezy

I am not sure why you could not open the link, perhaps you have to be a member of the said forum to view it, not sure.

The water situation at CBBR is, all supposed leaks have been rectified and the pressure is good. I have someone keyholding for me and they check it a couple of times a week. It has taken a long time and a lot of badgering Evergreen and Lynx but we are finally there.

I heard a whisper of the de-salienation plant a long long time ago but nothing ever came from the Evergreen camp to verify. If its true then yes its a step forward but then who do you think will be paying for it? I think a plant was sited down on Turtly Bay but cost dearly for all the property owners.

Wonder where they will put all the extracted salt ?
