Hi



I am looking for a long term rental - unfurnished - can anybody help.



I need a minimum of 3 bedrooms and ideally west of Girne. Would like to keep monthly rental amount under 400 per month if possible but will go higher if the property is the right one for us

I have abrand new 3 bed apartment, fully AC with white goods, master bedroom has ensuite...all bedrooms are good size doubles with fitted wardrobes.

Problem is, site is a bit of a building site currently, Electric and water are available, no maintenance charges whilst site is under coonstruction ( over next 18 months...within walking distance to lapta village, very quiet area, sea views.....only £260pcm whilst work continues

I have a 3 bed villa near GAU in Karaoglanoglu, Fully furnished, large communal pool, tennis court lovely garden and 5 mins to the shops and village.



Looking @ £400 per month long let plus Elec and water , Includes service charges etc
