Hey,

I was wondering if you guys could suggest some cool areas to look for a villa in Kyrenia. I would like to be close to things, with in staggering distance. Not sure if I should be looking in East, West, Central etc....

Thank you for your help again.

Hi Upsidesideways,

I don't think in the north you can have it both ways. You either plum for Lapta way, which is west. There is plenty going on here but it is busy all the time both day and night. At the moment it is a nightmare to get in and out of town. You plum for the east which is quieter but may not have enough entertainment for you. Or you plum for an apartment in Kyrenia where there is no beach and in my opinion would not be suitable to keep a dog. You mentioned Catalkoy which is east. It is quieter here and there are bars and restaurants around. If you want some real night life at the weekend. Get a taxi, they are reasonably priced.

Look at this quick guide we have to help people decide where to rent for short term:

http://www.amyvillas.co.uk/map.asp

If you click on location names, you can also find a bit more info about the location itself.

I hope this helps your research.
