just had a look the "pool". suggest you take a look.

Where are the gardens. Can only find the block paving and weeds.

I am living in one of blocks in White Trio, it's nice and quiet up here (few barking dogs every now and then but that's everywhere!) It's close to shops and wednesday market!! Only 20 mins walk to the harbour too...

And no, before anyone asks, i do not know john1234!!

Yes, it is a nice area, would not have bought there otherwise. My message was in reference to the pool.

Presume you are not paying your £30 monthly maintenance otherwise you would complain.

Actually yes, i have paid my maintenance, infact i paid a year upfront but if no-one else is paying and therefore nothing being done, what can i do?

I'm in a better position than most though in the fact that my mum lives around the corner so i can use her pool. But yes, i understand what you are saying, it's not exactly looking tempting at the moment!
