looking for rental villa september 2009

Due to the poor quality workmanship of our current home we are thinking of moving in september. We are looking for a child friendly house with central heating, airconditioning,minimum four bedrooms, large garden and swimming pool. We have a golden retriever dog and a cat. Two adults and a newborn.

We would prefer a compound with a separate garden or a SAFE area.Its important that the garden has been maintained- we will continue the maintenance. Our current garden is a patch of dirt.

Also please no problems with the phone lines, internet,water electricity etc.Our current home cannot install phone lines due to the vast amount owed by the construction company.

We would prefer the house to be as close to Nicosia as possible. I dont know the areas vey well but Kyrenia wouild be ok as long as it isnt a very long commute.

Would anyone know of such a house ?please post links with pics and monthly rent.

I have exactly what you need ( and I have read your needs ) but it is in Karsiyaka, my neighbor commutes everyday to Nicosia and it isn't that bad.

The money you save on rent and quality of life would definately be worth it.
