update on bulldozed site

A while ago a site near Stevie's bar had there walls bulldozed by the developer , is there any update on this ? has the damage been repaired ?

Its slowly getting back to normal, when I was there 1 week ago on me hols the non-payers had just got there water and sewerage restored,but the walls where still down .

half would not pay Ground rent,Builder not happy so smashed there walls down and capped there sewerage pipes
