There are Turkish Title villas being built on the seafront at Karsiyaka with unobstructed views but probably only on half donum plots. Three are completed and two more are being built although there may only be one left for sale. It is possible that they are something to do with Aphrodite Bros so worth giving them a go. I think they are in the £175k region.

I saw a plot of land on the sea front in catalkoy with a number on the front to ring, I don't know what type of land but it looked a reasonable size. You turn off for the new beach bar owned by the Malpas I think it is called Cornaro or something. If you want I can go and look and get the number, let me know.

And nurseawful, yes i do work for an estate agency but i am not making anyone "run around" for me I asked a simple question as there may be people out there who want to sell their property/land without advertising it through angencies and i am letting them know that I am after something and should they have it I am interested in seeing it i dont think there is anything wrong with that.

I know Sunbeams have a plot of land in Tatlisu if your still interested, TRNC deeds, right next to the sea. I think its about 1 and a half donums and i also think no one can build in front of it.
