SeaTerra are happy to confirm that the mortgage exclusion letter has been technically approved by the lenders, and the mortgage company is now in the position of issuing these letters of exclusion.

Please email info@cyprus-seaterra.com with your name and apartment number and we will arrange issuing you with this legally binding document. The letters can either be collected from our offices by prior notice or alternatively we can send them to your lawyers for safe keeping. Some clients have already registered their interest for an exclusion letter and these are ready at our office for collection.

Thank you for your patience in regard to this matter.

If these letters of exclusion are legally binding i.e. if they are worded properly to cover a specific unit and they are signed and certified by current directors of the mortgage company, it is a very good step in the right direction. Congratulations Sea Terra (Marsol Properties Ltd).

Excellent news. Let's hope it is 100% legally binding and foolproof to protect all previous and future purchasers. Perhaps Seaterra could be so kind as to post the contents on here so that people can check it for legality. Will you be lifting the mortgages from those apartments that were supposed to be contractually mortgage-free?

Yes it is good news but I have to say I am a little surprised that ST have taken in themselves to post on here and not bothered to contact owners directly. Still better this than nothing. Anyone any good advise on where we can get these letters checked ?

Hi all Sea Terra Owners,

congratulations on getting your developer to issue you with these letters. Lets hope that Medview buyers and all other owners whose builders/ developers who have taken out mortgages out on homes that have already been sold and paid for. Will follow suit and get their lenders to write these guarantees.
